3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees may apply.

3.2 Payments: Payments are processed securely through third-party services like WooCommerce. By submitting payment information, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.

3.3 Refunds: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items. Custom orders may not be refundable unless a manufacturing error occurs.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping: We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4.2 Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Damage During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and details for resolution.
