Do you offer on site service or do I bring my printer to you?
For local clients we offer both options. You can bring your printer to us or schedule a technician to visit. For clients outside the local area we make scheduled on-site visits to solve issues and answer questions in-person.
What maintenance services do you provide?
We handle cleaning, lubrication, calibration, replacement of worn parts, nozzle and bed leveling, firmware updates, and troubleshooting print quality issues.
